Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join our busy Community Nursing team.

The successful applicants will have;
  • Experienced Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional (social work, physiotherapy, or OT) in Victoria.
  • Evidence of Project management experience including the preparation of submissions and program evaluation.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Advanced assessment skills and relevant experience with chronic disease management
  • Ability to articulate the HARP objectives.
  • Preparedness to participate in ongoing staff development to support the role
  • Experience working with community service providers, allied health and GP’s
  • High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Competent Computer literacy Skills
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Driver Licence
