Office Administrator/Executive Assistant (OE/EA)
As an Administration Assistant your key responsibilities will be to support the Executive Assistants in the day to day co-ordination of their workload and workflow.

The Role
  • The role is based in Geelong reporting into the Geelong head office
  • The OA/EA provides support to a number of the Directors.
  • Administrative and office functions, including document filing, travel arrangements, equipment procurement, expense claims and the like have been arranged by the management team to date

Your Duties
  • You will manage office resources to meet current requirements including stationery, furniture and technology
  • You will arrange meetings, travel, functions, and events onsite and offsite, national and international
  • You will foster and maintain company culture
  • You will provide HR, Marketing and Communications support until appropriate personnel appointed
  • You will document and maintain policies and procedures
  • You will utilise office systems and provide administration support (license, cloud)
  • You will ensure policies, procedures and documents are up to date

Your Experience
  • 3- 5 years' experience in an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant role
  • Exposure to or experience in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Office systems would be considered favourable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft Office applications
  • High level cloud-based services knowledge would be desirable (not essential)
