We are seeking experienced Customer Support Consultants to join our Customer Support Centre based in our Store Support Office in Williams Landing. 

What will you do?

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Consultants to join our Customer Support Centre based in our Store Support Office in Williams Landing. 

This role is the beginning of your career in retail! Reporting into the Customer Support Manager, you will gain vital skills to begin a successful and rewarding career with Target. You will deliver high class customer service while living and breathing the Target values.

Other key responsibilities may include:

  • Provide excellent customer advice aligned to the brands values
  • Drive a positive team culture
  • Assist with administration duties and data entry as required
  • Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation

What will you need?

The ideal candidate will possess great customer service, high levels of written and verbal communication and a can-do attitude. You will have the ability to pick up computer systems quickly and to navigate MS Office Suite of programs. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle conflict and customer expectations is crucial to the role. Previous call centre experience will be looked on favourably
