This role provides end users of private label grocery retailers and their manufacturing supply chains with ongoing engagement, support and guidance to keep them productive. In this role, you will be required to make and receive phone calls and emails to direct and assist end-users who are located all over the world.
This is an entry-level role into the MSAC support team where you will learn about the private label grocery industry and all our internal systems and processes from the ground up.
This role is for a Technical Support Officer (must speak French) to engage our French client end-user communities. The Technical Support Officer provides effective end-user guidance on business processes and the use of online systems relating to grocery product supply chain and product quality processes.
There is an option to work from home, candidates are required to live with proximity/accessibility to Torquay to enable visits to the office for training and meetings as required.
Please note that this position requires shift work including night shift. Applicants who are unable to commit to these working hours needn’t apply.
"Being part of our French market team, your shifts will cover the 9 AM-5 PM Support service (French time) we are offering to our client. Therefore your daily working hours will be between 5 PM and 3 AM, depending on daylight saving times."
