Gforce was established in 1983 as a community-based Group Training Organisation to provide apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities in the Geelong region.

Today, Gforce have significantly expanded professional services to incorporate People@Work and EGF Solutions and cater for all employment and recruitment needs.

We work collaboratively with employers and candidates to provide;

- apprentices and trainees

- executive, permanent and labour hire recruitment

- mentoring, advice and resources to help unemployed people gain employment by delivering the jobactive, Transition to Work, ParentsNext and Disability Employment Services contracts.

With offices throughout Victoria, Gforce employs up to 600 people weekly, including apprentices and trainees as well as labour hire staff.
