AOD Clinician - 16 hours per week until June 30 2021 

Colac Area Health currently has an opportunity for a AOD clinician to join our Family and Community Programs team 

The successful applicant will have;

• Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology and/or related field. 
• Experience in the delivery of relevant clinical work preferably within AOD sector 
• Understanding and experience in current evidence based practice framework and interventions that include trauma informed care, family inclusive practice and culturally safe practices 
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people and families experiencing problematic alcohol and other drug use in a respectful, compassionate , collaborative and productive way. 
• Demonstrated understanding of community based interventions for reducing alcohol and drug related harm. 
• A demonstrated commitment to a positive team culture 
• Current Drivers Licence
