ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating individual to join our Marketing team as a Group Engagement Manager on a 7 month contract. You will enable the vision and own global customer and retail engagement, while leading your team to develop and execute initiatives. We will look to you to set and communicate the engagement strategy and delivery plans across all channels to maximize storytelling opportunities that engage the COG customer, while driving sales across all channels. You will partner with your Communications Manager to ensure content is being delivered consistently across all platforms as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on commercial needs, while protecting our audience experience. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary degree/qualification in Marketing, PR or Communications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Engagement Manager role
  • Experience coaching, leading and developing a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about influencing through storytelling and impactful content
