We are seeking highly motivated Customer Solutions Consultants to join our team on the journey of our continued growth. In this role, you will look after all facets of customer care for our residential and small business customers. This will range from managing day to day enquiries to requests for energy contracts. This role is a full-time position, located in the Federal Mills Complex in Geelong North.


The Role

  • Customer support through phone, email and webchat communication to new and existing customers to solve enquiries, with a first call resolution approach.
  • Conduct call centre operations by providing information and assistance to existing customers in a manner which achieves exceptional customer service.
  • Active contributor to the team, suggesting and implementing ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Effectively manage complaints through investigations and resolution to continuously improve outcomes and processes.


Skills required to be successful

  • have energy retail experience in a telephony environment (desirable),
  • be able to multi-task between multiple different systems and tasks,
  • show resilience and empathy in difficult situations,
  • experience in high-volume call centre environment,
  • be a real team player,
  • be customer-focused – you must enjoy talking to customers,
  • have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service,
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills,
  • be proficient in MSATS (desirable),
  • be proficient in Microsoft Office products (desirable),
  • understand the importance of energy retail compliance obligations and diligently ensure you meet these obligations, and
  • have high attention to detail.
