Our client is a privately owned business that specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of an exclusive range of high quality building products.

Head officed in Geelong, Victoria, and manufacturing branches in Melbourne, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, this established organisation is now the fastest growing manufacturer in their space in Australia. This business is well recognised in the building industry and comprises many trusted brands within its Group of companies.

Due to their continued growth and evolution, the business requires the services of an enthusiastic and passionate Account Manager to join the Group Sales Team and represent the greater Geelong region out in market.

With a huge product portfolio of innovative, functional and effective products to offer builders, and the confidence that many of Victoria's largest builders are using the products already, you will be armed with all the tools you need to drive strategic growth within your portfolio.

As a key member of the sales team, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be able to operate your week from a flexible work base, either at home or in the Head Office in Geelong. You will have the ability to manage multiple accounts at one time, be able to seek out new business opportunities and have the drive to achieve the company's objectives for sales, profit and growth.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years experience in business to business sales and strong account management experience ideally from the building industry. We are however open to hearing from candidates who may have technical product selling experience from any industry or up and coming sales representatives looking to make their mark in a new industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, coupled with the dedication to provide clients with the best possible customer service and exceed customer expectations at all times.

You will be well supported from the management team, with a generous induction and sales support program in place. They will ensure you have all the product and market knowledge you need to hit the ground running and succeed in this role.

This fantastic opportunity is offering an attractive base salary between $65k - $75k + super + fully maintained company car + uncapped commission and entry into one of Australia's premier manufacturing businesses.
