Golf Imports is currently seeking a highly motivated, professional full time Office Administrator to join our team. The person we are seeking will have the following attributes:

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach
  • Excellent attention to detail Technical experience and knowledge required:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Highly Proficient in MYOB Account Right with FX and Microsoft office
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • BAS preparation and ATO requirements Specific job responsibilities include
  • Data entry •Order processing
  • Customer service
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Banking
  • Account reconciliation
  • Payroll & Superannuation
  • End of month procedures
  • BAS preparation
  • And other duties as required

The hours for this position will be 8:30am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
