About the role

The Workforce Safety Department requires a personable, motivated and conscientious individual who is able to function in a team environment but also individually within a dynamic and significant role.

Duties of the Workforce Safety Administrator within the Return to Work/Work Cover team include:

  • Answering/responding to queries (phone, email and face-to-face)

  • Processing WorkCover payroll (including sick leave reversals)

  • Processing treatment provider accounts

  • Filing administration, scanning

  • Liaising with the claims agent and legal service providers

  • General record keeping and administrative support

Duties of the Workforce Safety Administrator within the Occupational Health and Safety team include:

  • Generating OHS statistical reports

  • Inputting training data

  • Secretarial duties for OHS committees

  • General record keeping and administrative support
