Customer Service Officer required for a position in Geelong

Your new company

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to work with our State Government client based in Geelong, with the flexibility to also work out of the Hoppers Crossing and Werribee office, in an ongoing temporary assignment.


Your new role

You will initially work full time and then once trained you will be working around 3 days a week but must be available Monday through to Friday and be able to work 8.30 to 4.30

You will work on a customer facing counter conducting fast paced transactions including transfers, payments, licence changeover and registrations. Further down the track there may be the potential to be trained in drive testing.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a face to face customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence
